The Cow is a high-concept bar located inside Chianina Steakhouse.

Overseen by General Bar Manager Brad Fry, The Cow’s in-house bar program will change your perception of what a drink could be, inspire you to try cocktails you never knew you wanted, and keep you coming back to learn more.

With a commitment to passion and craftsmanship, our thoughtful house originals and unconventional twists on classics feature an alchemy of tonics, bitters, tinctures, fresh juices, herbs, unique garnishes, and artisanal ice.

Our bar, like our kitchen, uses fresh, local ingredients to create one-of-a-kind, artisanal cocktails. Our rotating drink menu changes seasonally and features finely crafted spirits, including our signature table side Mortimer’s cocktail made with our very own Whistlepig signature blend.

Industry Sundays

Once a month, mix & mingle with fellow bartending professionals over signature artisan cocktails created by a special monthly guest bartender. Details for each month's segment will be available on our events page
